This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering the expensive prices in Aguas Calientes near Machu Picchu. The hotel is conveniently located down the alleys, close to restaurants, making it easy to explore the town and find dining options. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful environment away from the busy railway station. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and provide excellent service, making guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

All was more than okay at this hotel.

This hotel in Aguas Calientes is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the location. It's situated away from the noisy railway station and close to restaurants. The staff is helpful and attentive, catering to guests' needs. The basic amenities are well-maintained and rooms offer a beautiful view of the town or the mountains. Plus, the breakfast is served early, which is convenient for those heading up to the ruins.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Aguas Calientes. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including carrying my luggage up the hill from the train station. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, away from the noise of the pedestrians in the alleys. It's also conveniently close to restaurants and just a short walk away from the ruins. I had a room with a window facing outside and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was nice, and I appreciated the complimentary tea. this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English, and saved us money on our room. Erika and Cecilia were wonderful hosts, attending to our needs at all hours. The location was excellent, breakfast superb, beds comfortable, and the hostel was clean. The views from the 5th floor were great, especially with a room facing outside.

    Nothing, all was good.

The location is amazing, nestled against the mountain and jungle, giving the hotel a lot of privacy. It is far enough from the railway station that it is quiet and peaceful at night, yet convenient enough to find restaurants nearby. The breakfast is superb, with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, attending to my needs and speaking English fluently.

Hard to think of anything negative to say.

Excellent Choice for Aguas Calientes! Perfect for Christmas vacation! Breakfast was super, I loved the scrambled eggs, also the juicy fruits, and the coffee was amazing. Location is superb, located near the train station and in the heart of everything, which provided easy access to all the sites. the room was spacious, which allowed me to move freely despite my numerous luggage bags. the staff were friendly, great customer service. A big advantage is that they offer storing facilities for your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu.

I didn't like that the bathroom was a bit cramped, but it was manageable. the location is uphill, and I had to walk a distance with my luggage bags, thus making me tired.

    Location and breakfast

Spent my xmas here, the location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and filling, offering a variety of options to choose from. liked the fact that the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The noise level was unbearable due to thin walls and a noisy street nearby. The bathroom was outdated and in dire need of renovation.

Located in a quiet area away from the busy railway station, this hotel boasts of being up close to the ruins. Despite the uphill hike, the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are comfortable, clean, and provide an astounding view of the picturesque valley. Breakfast is delightful, with plenty of delicious fruit and a display of good humor from the staff. the sitting table with chairs is ideal for reading material.

The hike up to the hotel may prove challenging for those not in good physical shape.
